The North End Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (NERNC) provide compassionate, comprehensive care for a diverse population in a unique setting. Through an interdisciplinary team approach, we aim to enhance a person’s quality of life, and maintain one’s well-being.

VISION

NERNC strives to be a premiere center for rehabilitative and long-term care. We play a vital role in the Partners Healthcare Continuum of Care for post-acute patient, while maintaining the heritage of community-based care for the elderly of the North End. The NERNC provides this care to our patients and residents regardless of socioeconomic status. We respect our staff by developing and supporting them in a professional environment.
