Founded in 1983 as the North End Nursing Home, the North End Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 140-bed, not-for-profit skilled nursing facility that offers short- term care and long-term care for older adults. We are committed to providing innovative, high-quality medical and rehabilitative services, and to enhancing the quality of life for each person to whom our facility is home.

At the North End Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, families are an integral part of our care program. Families are encouraged to participate actively in all aspects of care, and to be an important component of the interdisciplinary care model.
